In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: email address and, if booking, a copy of a valid ID such as identity card, driver's license, or passport. After the rental product has been returned undamaged, the data will be deleted after a retention period of 7 days. The data you provide is necessary to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card details to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

Once you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period of seven years.

The data (name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date) will be stored for 10 years until the product liability expires. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.
